UX Research enables us, from the ideation phase to the continuous improvement of your application, to understand how users receive your ideas and react to your product.

User interviews – User Research
User interviews enable us to gather qualitative data. They are the best tool for capturing the emotions and feelings of target users. They are carried out at the start of the project to test your ideas, create your personas, and gather the material needed for the UX / UI design phase.
User tests
We carry out in-depth user tests, with the aim of analyzing how users feel and interact with your product. Beforehand, we draw up a precise test protocol based on the objectives we set together. These tests can take place once we’ve created a clickable prototype of your application, or at any time after the final release of your product.
Study your analytics
Our UX experts study your analytics to identify the least effective paths on which users are failing. We understand the reasons for these failures, so we can suggest UX / UI improvements.

Framing

We analyze your needs, the problems you face, and the business issues at stake in your project. The aim is to design a tailor-made approach that perfectly meets your needs. This approach may combine a field survey, an analysis of your data, a quantitative survey, etc.

Study

We draw up and present our study protocol to ensure that our strategy is aligned with your challenges. During the course of the study, we provide you with all the resources produced, and review progress with you.

Recommendations

We list prioritized recommendations and map user needs in the form of User Stories. We can also design the screens of your (new) interface based on these findings.
